About Kim

Kim Kreh is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association. With more than 20 years of property management experience, Kim specializes in residential property management, helping property owners protect their investments through proactive management, strategic leasing, and exceptional customer service.

In 2025, Kim founded Kreh Management Group, a boutique property management company built on personalized service and strong client relationships. Today, she leads Whole Property Management bringing that same client-first philosophy and commitment to excellence to property owners throughout Central Virginia. 

Kim is committed to protecting her clients' investments through transparent communication and operating in full compliance with Fair Housing laws and the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.  

When she's not working or serving in her homeowner's association, Kim enjoys spending time by the water soaking up the sunshine, and relaxing with her beloved fur babies. She looks forward to building lasting relationships and serving the local community for years to come.
